This 36-week Middle Distance Triathlon training plan is designed specifically for your needs, preparing you to master the split 1.9 km swim across two lakes, the demanding 90 km alpine bike course, and the fast 21.1 km run with confidence and resilience.

✅ Swim Efficiently: Swim workouts build endurance and technique tailored to the race’s unique two-lake format. Integrated video drills and open-water sessions help you maintain strength through transitions and the brief land crossing.
