The Middle Distance Triathlon Cesenatico Italy Training Plan is designed specifically for Masters athletes aged 40 and above who want to excel on this challenging course. This 44-week program focuses on building endurance, strength, and race-specific skills tailored to the demands of the Middle Distance Triathlon, helping you prepare smartly and sustainably for race day.

🏊‍♂️ The race starts with a 1.9 km swim at Cesenatico’s beach. The plan’s 12-week base phase builds your swim technique and aerobic endurance with video-guided drills, giving you the confidence and efficiency needed to tackle open water without fatigue.

🚴‍♂️ The 90 km bike course combines a long flat section with a hilly 40 km segment featuring 900 meters of elevation gain through the scenic Romagna hills.
