Designed specifically for athletes targeting the Middle Distance Triathlon in Cesenatico, Italy, this 36-week beginner training plan prepares you to thrive on race day—from your first stroke in the Adriatic to your final stride through Parco di Levante.

Your training begins with swim-focused technique sessions using instructional videos to help you build confidence and efficiency in open water. You'll master breathing, pacing, and form—key to navigating the single-lap beach start and finish in Cesenatico’s coastal waters.
🚴♂️ Bike (90 km – Flat + Hilly Terrain, 900m Elevation Gain)
Our plan includes progressive endurance rides and structured hill workouts that mirror the course’s demands—starting flat and finishing with 40+ km of technical climbs through the scenic Romagna hills.
