This 36-week advanced Middle Distance Triathlon training plan is engineered to match the exact demands of the Cesenatico course in Italy—so you arrive race-ready and confident.

🌊 Swim (1.9 km) – Open Water Ready
Starting and finishing on the beach, the single-lap sea swim demands technique, pacing, and comfort in ocean conditions. The plan's early focus on swim form and endurance prepares you to stay relaxed and efficient in unpredictable open water. Targeted intervals and drills improve stroke mechanics, sighting, and breathing control for race day performance.

🚴 Bike (90 km) – Flat Speed Meets Climbing Strength
The Cesenatico bike course is unique: a fast, flat opening section gives way to over 40 km of rolling hills with 900 m of elevation gain. Our training plan progressively builds strength and stamina for this challenge:
