Every session is tailored to help you excel in the open-water swim, the hilly Romagna bike route, and the fast waterfront run.

✅ Open-Water Swim Mastery
Cesenatico’s beach start and single-lap 1.9 km swim require calm nerves and confident pacing. Our swim sessions simulate open-water conditions with video-based technique drills, aerobic endurance sets, and sighting practice—giving you the skills to start strong and finish fast.

✅ Built for the Hills
The 90 km bike course is flat at first, then throws in 40+ km of technical climbs and descents with 900m elevation gain. Our plan includes structured power-based bike workouts and targeted strength training to improve climbing efficiency and control through the winding Romagna hills.

✅ Fast Finish on the Flats
The 21 km run along Cesenatico’s waterfront is flat and built for speed. You'll train with tempo runs, race-pace intervals, and brick workouts to simulate race-day fatigue and sharpen your speed. Master pacing across multiple laps so you can finish strong in Parco di Levante.
