🌊 Dominate the Open Water Swim
The plan starts with a 12-week base phase, perfect for building swim endurance and confidence in open water. The swim at Gallipoli begins off the Old Gendarmerie Pier in cool 20°C (68°F) waters. You'll be ready for that single-loop bay swim with targeted drills, swim-focused strength sessions, and exclusive technique videos.
🚴 Climb Strong on the Gallipoli Hills
With nearly 900m of elevation gain, including the infamous Conkbayiri Hill, this 90 km bike demands climbing strength and endurance.
