The Middle Distance Triathlon in Mogan Gran Canaria is one of the most scenic and demanding races in Europe. From the ocean swim at Anfi del Mar Beach to the quad-testing climbs of the 90km bike loop to the sun-drenched coastal run, this course demands focus, endurance, and smart pacing. Our 44-week Half Distance Triathlon training plan is built to help athletes 60 and older prepare with purpose—minimizing injury risk while maximizing race-day performance.
