The Middle Distance Triathlon Mogan Gran Canaria is as stunning as it is demanding—with a two-lap ocean swim, a punchy 90km bike course filled with sharp climbs and descents, and a coastal 21km run under the Canary Islands sun. For Master triathletes 40 and over, preparation isn’t just about doing more—it’s about doing what works.

This 36-week Half Distance Triathlon training plan is built from the ground up for athletes like you—experienced, driven, and balancing high performance with real-life demands.

You’ll train with purpose, using proven science and age-aware programming to improve endurance, power, and resilience—without burning out.
