The Middle Distance Triathlon Mogan Gran Canaria is a spectacular and demanding race featuring a 1,900m two-lap swim at Anfi del Mar Beach, a challenging 90km four-lap bike course with steep climbs and technical descents between Anfi del Mar and Taurito, and a flat 21km four-lap run along the coast. Excelling here requires a tailored Half Distance Triathlon training plan designed to meet these exact demands.

Our 36-Week Advanced Half Distance Triathlon Training Plan prepares you thoroughly for this course. The first 12 weeks build a strong foundation focusing on functional strength and swim technique — essential for mastering the two-lap swim and its in-water turnaround at the colourful fish statue.
