Train confidently for the 1,900m two-lap ocean swim at Anfi del Mar Beach. Low-impact aerobic conditioning builds your endurance for open water, while video swim drills sharpen technique for efficiency in waves and sighting on course landmarks like the iconic fish statue.

The 90km bike course features four laps of sharp climbs and fast descents between Anfi del Mar and Taurito.
