✅ Built for Beginners — Perfect for first-time Half Distance Triathlon athletes aiming to complete the 1,900m two-lap swim at Anfi del Mar Beach. You'll develop the open-water skills and confidence needed for the unique beach turnaround around the colorful fish statue.

✅ Gradual Progression — This plan steadily builds your endurance and power to handle the 90km four-lap bike course featuring sharp climbs and technical descents. Structured VO2 interval and anaerobic threshold workouts prepare you for both the effort and focus required on this challenging terrain.

✅ Comprehensive Approach — You’ll strengthen your swim technique, build bike and run endurance, and develop muscular resilience. Open-water swim training, tempo bike sessions, and paced run workouts closely simulate the Gran Canaria race experience, especially the four-lap coastal run along the seafront.

✅ Tailored Training — Every workout is designed to match your ability and pace. From video-supported swim drills to heart rate–guided bike and run sessions, you’ll train smarter, not just harder.
