Prepare to race in one of the world’s most breathtaking triathlon venues—Lake Wānaka, New Zealand. Our 44-week Half Distance Triathlon Training Plan is built to specifically match the terrain, weather, and race-day challenges of the Wanaka course, ensuring you're not only prepared—but thriving.

How This Plan Prepares You for Wanaka:
🏊 Swim Strong in Chilly Alpine Waters
Lake Wānaka's 15°C water and potential for wind-driven chop require both resilience and technique. Our plan includes open water simulation sessions and cold-water swim strategies to help you stay calm, controlled, and efficient across the 1.9 km rectangular swim.

🚴 Conquer the Rolling Bike Course to Treble Cone
With 90 km of punchy climbs and sweeping descents, strength and pacing are critical. This training plan includes:
