Our program prepares you for the 15°C open water swim in Roys Bay by including cold-water adaptation tips and structured technique sessions for choppy lake conditions.

The 90 km bike leg to Treble Cone Ski Field isn't flat — our plan includes hill repeats, climbing acceleration intervals, and power-focused cycling workouts designed to build strength and efficiency on rolling terrain.

With the run featuring a steep climb at the 7 km mark and undulating terrain, the plan builds leg durability through tempo runs, aerobic endurance work, and anaerobic threshold sessions — so you stay strong through every step of the 21.1 km.
