The swim on the southeast side of Sir Bani Yas Island offers calm, protected waters—but mastering open water requires technique and comfort.
💧 Our plan begins with technique-focused swim drills and builds swim endurance gradually to get you race-ready.

✅ Build Strength for the Varied Bike Course (96KM)
While the course is fast and flat along the ring road, you'll also face climbs up to 100m elevation on inner roads.
🚴 Brick workouts and strength sessions prepare your legs for climbing and recovery—ideal for this terrain.

✅ Run Strong Through the Village Loops (21.1KM)
The run is flat, but multiple loops through the heart of the race village mean pace control, mental focus, and hydration strategy are key.
🏃‍♂️ This plan includes progressive long runs, tempo work, and hydration planning to prepare you for a strong finish in front of the crowds.
