🌊 Swim – Calm, Clear, Fast
The race begins with a 1.9KM swim in the calm, turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf. Our integrated swim workouts focus on technique, efficiency, and open-water preparation. You'll benefit from structured drills and video guidance—building confidence for a smooth, fast swim in protected waters.

🚴 Bike – Fast with a Challenge
The 96KM bike segment may start flat, but with climbs reaching 100m elevation, your legs need strength and endurance. Our plan includes VO₂ max intervals, long rides, and strength-focused sessions that specifically prepare you for the demands of those climbs—on a fast, traffic-free loop.

🏃 Run – Coastal, Flat, and Intense
With 21.1KM of flat loops along the coast, the energy of the cheering crowd will push you—but so will the heat. The plan incorporates brick workouts and tempo runs to simulate race-day fatigue, improve pacing, and ensure hydration strategies are tested under realistic conditions.
