🌊 Swim 1.9KM – Calm Waters, Confident Strokes:
Our plan begins with technique-driven swim sessions that sharpen form and efficiency—essential for the tranquil yet competitive waters off the island's southeastern coast. You’ll build endurance and speed to glide through the crystal-clear Arabian Gulf with ease.
🚴♂️ Bike 96KM – Flat and Fast, with Strategic Climbs:
The smooth, fast-rolling surface of the Island ring road is ideal for unleashing speed. But this course isn’t entirely flat—short climbs reaching 100m above sea level will test your legs. Our plan includes:
✅ Power Interval Training
✅ Climbing Acceleration Drills
✅ Anaerobic Power and VO₂ Max sessions
These workouts ensure you're primed for both speed and elevation, all while mastering pacing for the 2-loop course—no traffic, just performance.
