🏊 Swim (1.9 km) – The “L”-shaped swim in 73°F (23°C) open water requires solid technique and confidence in ocean conditions. This plan includes video-supported drills to refine your stroke and weekly sessions to build open water endurance and sighting skills.

🚴 Bike (90 km) – Bahrain’s single-lap, fast and scenic bike course passes iconic landmarks like the World Trade Centre and Bahrain International Circuit.
