The Half Distance Triathlon Riviera Nayarit is a breathtaking event featuring a 1.9 km swim in the Pacific Ocean, a 90 km bike ride through coastal roads and tropical villages, and a 21.1 km run along scenic, shaded oceanfront trails. But to perform well—especially as a Masters athlete over 40—you need more than just a general triathlon training plan. You need a smart, age-aware approach that respects your body, builds a strong foundation, and helps you peak at the right time.

This 24-week Half Distance Triathlon Training Plan was built specifically for Masters triathletes ready to take on Riviera Nayarit with confidence and precision.

This plan is ideal if you’ve completed Sprint or Olympic triathlons and can:
