The Half Distance Triathlon Riviera Nayarit is a breathtaking event featuring a 1.9 km swim in the Pacific Ocean, a 90 km bike ride through coastal roads and tropical villages, and a 21.1 km run along scenic, shaded oceanfront trails. But to perform well—especially as a Masters athlete over 40—you need more than just a general triathlon training plan. This 24-week Half Distance Triathlon Training Plan was built specifically for Masters triathletes ready to take on Riviera Nayarit with confidence and precision.
