This scenic race includes a calm 1.9km swim in Lake Cahuilla, a fast and flat 56-mile bike through the Thermal Raceway, and a 13.1-mile run through the picturesque Silver Rock Golf Resort. To race well on this course, you need more than just miles—you need a plan that builds strength, endurance, and confidence, especially if you’re over 40.
