This 44-week Half Distance Triathlon training plan is designed specifically for Masters athletes aged 40+ who are preparing for the demanding terrain and ocean conditions of the Mossel Bay Half Distance Triathlon. From the chilly 1.9km sea swim to the hilly 90km bike with over 1,000m of elevation, to the scenic but undulating 21.1km run—this race requires more than fitness.
