This 24-week Triathlon Training Plan is built specifically for Masters athletes over 40—just like you—who are ready to race stronger, smarter, and faster.
🏊 Swim: The two-loop course in Lago Regatas features calm, moderate-temperature waters (avg. 64°F/18°C). Our plan incorporates structured endurance swims and video drills so you’ll be comfortable and efficient from your first stroke to your last.
🚴 Bike: With a flat, fast 90 km bike course along the Buenos Aires Highway, you’ll need sustained aerobic power and precise pacing. This plan delivers heart rate and power-based workouts to build endurance and dial in your ability to hold strong efforts over long, steady terrain.
🏃 Run: The 21.1 km run through Palermo’s scenic, rolling streets demands pacing control and late-race strength. With our progressive long runs, brick workouts, and mobility-focused strength training, you’ll build the stamina and form to finish strong—no matter the terrain.
