The course begins with a calm, crystal-clear 1.9 km swim in the Ionian Sea. Our plan incorporates swim drills and open-water practice sessions so you’ll feel calm and controlled in saltwater conditions. From sighting techniques to turn efficiency, you’ll be ready for that smooth, single-turn clockwise swim.
Next comes the rolling, two-loop 90 km bike course through olive groves and pine-covered hills. This training builds your power and stamina through structured endurance rides, climbing intervals, and heart rate-based tempo work—perfect for tackling those gentle rollers and maintaining speed on flats.
Finish strong on the fast and flat 21.1 km run along the Gialova coast and Divari Lagoon. 🏃♀️ With run workouts designed around heart rate zones and terrain-specific pacing, you’ll cruise through this spectator-lined course while enjoying beautiful coastal views and a wildlife sanctuary.
