The rolling 90.1 km ride along the Indian Ocean coastline and the Salalah–Mirbat highway is ideal for sustained power. Our plan incorporates progressive endurance rides, heart rate–based intervals, and brick workouts to help you develop the strength and pacing discipline to handle wind, heat, and elevation changes.
