Prepare for the one-loop, 1.9 km swim in warm 77°F / 25°C waters with progressive open-water swim sessions, technique drills, and strength-focused workouts. You'll build confidence and speed for a fast, efficient swim in the calm marina setting.

🚴 Crush the Coastal Bike Course
The 90.1 km out-and-back bike course along the Indian Ocean demands sustained power and control. This plan includes structured intervals, tempo efforts, and long rides to simulate the rolling terrain—ensuring you're ready for race-day winds and highway speeds.

🏃 Master the Three-Loop Run Finish
With a three-loop 21.1 km run through energetic streets and alleys, you'll need endurance and pacing skills. This plan uses tempo runs, bricks, and heart rate-based training to help you finish strong and soak in the finish line magic at the marina.
