The Half Distance Triathlon Salalah Oman is a spectacular test of endurance across a stunning 1.9 km swim in the turquoise Hawana Lagoons, a rolling 90.1 km bike ride along the Indian Ocean coastline, and a challenging three-loop 21.1 km run through vibrant, spectator-friendly streets. To conquer this race, you need a training plan that sharpens every skill, builds resilience, and prepares you physically and mentally for race day.

Our Intermediate 24-Week Half Distance Triathlon Training Plan is precisely designed for athletes like you—those who have solid base of fitness and who can currently finish Olympic distance races and now aim to race at a Half Distance Triathlon.
