The triathlon world offers a rich ecosystem of events that will help you show up for others as the healthiest and sharpest version of yourself. By starting each day with an exercise challenge, and varying the type of exercise you are doing, you will introduce yourself to a community of people who walk a sustainable path towards improved vitality and longevity.
Many people who take on endurance challenges like a marathon or ironman find themselves in over their heads, and fall off the path with an injury before they can build new exercise habits into their lifestyle. My training programs are focused motivating you with unique, experiential waypoints while mitigating injury risk with proper training plan architecture.
The ÖTILLÖ Swimrun & S.O.S. Triathlon 11 Week Summer Plan is designed for individuals who have completed a 70.3 Ironman in under 7 hours and are looking to push the envelope even further. If you are underprepared for any component of the program (swim, bike, run, or qualifying time), I encourage you to use the months leading up to the summer to fill the gaps, as the experience which follows will be 100% worth the groundwork; the plan will provide you with a comprehensive fitness journey for your summer. By the end of this program, you will be in the best shape of your life and the adventure of a lifetime to share with others.
