If you're a triathlete aged 60 or over with your sights set on the Half Distance Triathlon Italy Emilia-Romagna, this 24-week plan was built just for you. You’ve got the experience. Now it’s time to train with a program that respects your journey, honors your body, and prepares you to perform at your very best in one of Europe’s most scenic race venues.
