The program includes video-led swim drills and structured open-water simulation workouts that prepare you for the 1.9km ocean swim. Practicing efficient sighting, breathing, and pacing strategies ensures you’re race-ready for the calm, 72°F (22°C) waters of Mooloolaba Beach.

🚴 Crush the Fast, Scenic Bike Course
With progressive bike sessions targeting aerobic endurance and power, this plan helps you build sustained speed for the 90km ride along Sunshine Motorway. Specific intervals mirror the course’s steady terrain, so you develop the legs—and the confidence—to hold strong splits through Maroochydore and back.

The final 21.1km run includes rolling terrain and ocean views—but Alexandra Headland Hill can test your limits. Our plan’s run workouts emphasize strength, form, and fatigue resistance to help you maintain pace through the hills and finish strong on Beach Terrace.
