Train confidently for the smooth rolling-start swim in Lake Malta, where water temps average 65°F (18°C). Our plan includes structured swim workouts with technique-focused video drills to help you build endurance, improve form, and feel strong heading into T1.

🚴 Bike – 90km
The bike leg through quaint villages and the western side of Poznań demands speed and stamina. With heart rate and power-based sessions, this plan builds the aerobic engine and muscular endurance needed for a flat, fast ride—so you can hold steady watts and crush your target pace.

🏃 Run – 21.1km
