Before diving into this intense 24-week journey, build a solid Aerobic System foundation. Don't jump in unprepared! Our plan kicks off with a 25-minute Anaerobic Threshold Interval Training session in week one, setting the pace for the challenging road ahead.

🌊 Swim Preparation – 1.9 KM
The training plan includes open water simulation workouts, swim pacing intervals, and technical drills tailored for a single-loop lake swim. You’ll be ready for the warm, non-wetsuit-possible conditions of Lac d’Allier and the visual clarity of this rectangular course.

🚴 Bike Preparation – 90 KM
With 700 meters of elevation and iconic segments like the côte de Saint-Antoine de Cusset, the Vichy bike leg blends rolling terrain with fast flats and moderate climbs. This plan incorporates:
