THIS 16 WEEK PLAN

Is an AGE GROUP ability bike only plan for MIDDLE DISTANCE | 70.3. It combines perfectly with racestronger®CUSTOM swim and/or run plan modules whose individual ability you choose to create a bespoke programme that trains to your individual strengths in each discipline. See 'Custom Modular' below

ABILITY

'AGE GROUP' means you're a top of your game biker, placing regularly top 5-10% in your AG bike. Maybe a cat 2/3 cyclist or similar ability Olympic / IM distance racer. CONTENT

Av 5hrs over 3 workouts/week. Peak 6hrs

Fresh, different, highly rated and current. Many sessions taken from the pro field. We follow strong-before-long, and fast-before-far principles. With just 16 weeks to go we assume great base fitness and preparation. You start immediately with taxing indoor weekday power development sessions, raising FTP and resilience. Weekends feature 'wrap and fill' sessions - easy endurance rides blending race specific intervals. Pre race-day you complete a series of multi-effort bike leg race simulations designed to test your run-off ability. Plans feature a 1wk taper, a flexible race week download schedule and full S&C, PLUS free access to the world's most comprehensive endurance racing and training content

Middle Distance | 70.3 BIKEmodular plans offer a race-proven format that has powered 100's of multisporters to surpass their race-day goals.
