Over 24 weeks, this plan strategically guides your training with a sustainable approach designed to meet the unique physiological needs of senior triathletes while preparing you for every aspect of the Swansea course.

✅ Build Confidence for Open Water: Train for the 1.2-mile swim in cool, calm conditions with video swim drills that refine technique and boost efficiency.

✅ Conquer the Hills: The bike course through Mumbles and the Gower Peninsula is scenic but hilly. Structured hill workouts and power-based intervals will build strength and endurance to handle elevation changes with ease.

✅ Run Strong Through the Finish: The two-loop run along Swansea’s coast and city streets demands sustained pacing and mental toughness. Our plan includes threshold and tempo efforts to help you manage fatigue and finish strong.
