Dieser Plan richtet sich an fortgeschrittene TriathletInnen, die sich auf eine Mitteldistanz vorbereiten möchten. Er zielt darauf ab, die aerobe Kapazität im Grundlagentraining zu verbessern.

Insbesondere findet das sportwissenschaftliche Prinzip des Clusterings Anwendung, mit welchem der Autor im Rahmen seines eigenen Trainings sehr gute Fortschritte erzielen konnte.

Der Trainingsplan ist auf eine Dauer von vier Wochen ausgelegt, soll aber vielmehr als Orientierung dienen und unter der Prämisse einer steten Intensitätsverteilung an die eigenen Möglichkeiten angepasst werden.

Es wird empfohlen, sich vor Trainingsbeginn ärztlich untersuchen zu lassen. Die Nutzung dieses Trainingsplans erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.
