With a 1.2-mile swim in the crisp, clear waters of Lake Coeur d’Alene, a hilly 56-mile bike ride, and a rolling 13.1-mile run, your preparation must build endurance, strength, and race-day confidence.

This six-month, 24-week training program is specifically designed for serious Masters athletes aged 40 and above, like you, who want to maximize performance in the Half Distance Triathlon Coeur d'Alene.
