The Half Distance Triathlon Westfriesland is as scenic as it is challenging. You'll swim 1.9 km in the historic harbor of Hoorn, cycle 90 km past Dutch windmills and countryside villages, then run 21.1 km through Hoorn’s storied city center and finish at the Stadsstrand. This 24-week training plan helps you train specifically for this course—with a structured, science-based system designed for experienced athletes over 60.
