This iconic race combines the best of urban and rural New England terrain, challenging swim, bike, and run courses, and near-perfect race-day conditions. Our specialized 36-week training plan is designed specifically to prepare you for success in this unique event.

🏊‍♂️ Swim Course Mastery — The 1.2-mile point-to-point swim in the Connecticut River is one of North America’s fastest, yet requires precise pacing and technique. Our plan includes focused swim drills and video sessions to improve your efficiency and confidence in 67°F water.

🚴‍♂️ Bike Course Strength — Cover the hilly 56-mile route with ease by building power and endurance through tailored workouts. We focus on handling rolling terrain and maintaining speed on smooth pavement, ensuring you tackle mild climbs without losing momentum.
