Are you a Senior Triathlete 60+ ready to conquer the Half Distance Triathlon in Kraichgau? This iconic German race features a serene 1.9 km swim in Hardtsee, a scenic and hilly 90 km ride through the “land of 1000 hills,” and a fast, flat 21.1 km run through the Kurpark in Bad Schönborn.

To help you prepare with strength, endurance, and confidence, this 36-week training plan is specifically designed for experienced athletes age 60 and over. Whether you're returning after time off or building back a fitness base, this plan is structured to support your success—without overtraining.
