Elite-Level Training Plan for Senior Triathletes 60+ This 44-week plan is tailored specifically for athletes 60 and over, designed to help you thrive on race day—no prior endurance experience required.

Why This Plan Sets You Up for Success in Aix-en-Provence:

🏊 SWIM - Lake Peyrolles:
Prepare for a 1.9 km (1.2-mile) swim in the pristine, cool waters of Lake Peyrolles. Our plan builds your comfort and efficiency in open water, with drill-based sessions and race-pace practice designed to handle the average 64°F (18°C) temperature with confidence.

🚴 BIKE - Mountain Sainte-Victoire:
This 90 km (56-mile) course climbs 1077 meters through scenic plains and hilly technical terrain. Our training includes structured climbing intervals, power-based efforts, and long aerobic rides to prepare you for the elevation and energy demands—especially in Provence's often-windy conditions.

🏃 RUN - Through Historic Aix-en-Provence:
Train for a 21.1 km (13.1-mile), three-loop course winding from the city center to Parc de la Torse, finishing at the iconic La Rotonde fountain. Our run workouts improve endurance, pacing, and strength for looped courses while enhancing recovery between laps.
