Are you a committed Senior Triathlete 60+ preparing to race the Half Distance Triathlon in Aix-en-Provence? This 24-week plan is built for experienced athletes who want to train strategically, protect their health, and perform with purpose.

Designed for the rolling terrain and technical challenges of the Aix-en-Provence course, this plan goes beyond generic training—it’s engineered for senior triathletes who demand more from their body and their race.

Tackle the 1.9 km swim in Lake Peyrolles knowing your training emphasized technique, body position, and endurance. With average temps of 64°F (18°C), your acclimation sessions and cold-water strategies are built in.

The 90 km bike course features 1077 meters of climbing and demands control on the descents of Mountain Sainte-Victoire. This plan includes hill repeats, muscular endurance, and handling skills—plus, no disc wheels required.
