Training for the Half Distance Triathlon Aix-en-Provence means preparing for one of the most iconic and challenging events in France. From the crisp 1.9 km swim in Lake Peyrolles to the 90 km bike course climbing through the Provencal countryside, and the electric finish line energy at La Rotonde after a scenic 21.1 km run—this race demands more than general fitness. It requires purpose-built preparation.
