Are you a dedicated Senior Triathlete 60+ preparing to race the Half Distance Triathlon in Da Nang, Vietnam? Swim (1.9km Rolling Start): Warm ocean temperatures (81.7°F / 28°C) mean comfort and speed. Our plan preps you with open water technique drills and pacing strategies so you enter the water calm and exit strong.

Bike (90km Coastal Ride): This breathtaking course features long flats, coastal winds, and bridge climbs. Your training includes structured endurance rides, strength intervals, and hill work to power through climbs and maintain speed across the Nguyen Tat Thanh M-loop.

Run (21.1km Beachfront Path): With steady temps around 82.6°F (28°C), the flat, scenic route is perfect for executing a smart pacing strategy. You’ll practice heat adaptation, efficient running form, and finishing strong with focused long runs and speed sessions.
