This breathtaking race features a 1.9 km swim in the clear Mediterranean, a challenging 90 km ride through scenic countryside, and a fast, flat 21.1 km run along Alcúdia’s vibrant streets. To master this demanding course, you need a training plan built for your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

This 36-week Half Distance Triathlon training plan is scientifically designed to help you build strength, enhance endurance, and prevent injury—all while avoiding burnout.
