The Gulf Coast Half Distance Triathlon offers a unique test of resilience. From a 1.2-mile ocean swim in potentially choppy waters, to a fast 56-mile bike through Pine Log State Forest, and a flat 13.1-mile run lined with cheering spectators—the course rewards those who arrive prepared, efficient, and race-ready.
