Are you ready to dominate the Itaú BBA Half Distance Triathlon Brasília? Our Intermediate 24-Week Half Distance Triathlon Training Plan is specifically designed for athletes like you—those who have mastered the sprint and Olympic distances and now have their eyes set on an Age Group podium.

Brasília’s fast, flat course rewards athletes who arrive strong, resilient, and race-ready. Starting with the calm 1.9 km swim in Lake Paranoá, moving into a speedy 90 km bike along wide boulevards, and finishing with a shaded 21.1 km run, this event demands precision, endurance, and smart pacing—skills our plan builds systematically.

Train with Structured Precision:
Every session is Heart Rate and Power-based, ensuring you train smarter, not harder. Easily sync your workouts with Garmin or similar devices for seamless tracking and feedback.

Balanced Training That Works:
Our 3:1 structure—three weeks of progressive training followed by one recovery week—ensures you peak at just the right time, without risking burnout. It’s the smart way to build strength, endurance, and speed sustainably.
