Whether you're eyeing a personal milestone or your first finish line, this 36-week Half Distance San Juan Triathlon Training Plan is your step-by-step roadmap to race-day success.

This plan begins with a 12-week base phase focused on building foundational strength, cardiovascular fitness, and technical efficiency. You’ll refine your stroke with guided swim drills, improve aerobic capacity through zone-based running and cycling workouts, and develop essential endurance—all without the need for prior experience.
