Este plan de entrenamiento avanzado para triatlón de media distancia (70.3) está diseñado para atletas con experiencia previa en triatlones que buscan optimizar su rendimiento en solo 3 semanas intensivas. Cada sesión está estructurada con precisión, incluyendo entrenamientos guiados en natación, ciclismo y carrera, así como trabajos específicos de fuerza y técnica.
El objetivo es afinar tu preparación final antes de la competición, mejorando tu resistencia aeróbica, ritmo de carrera y eficiencia en transiciones. Ideal como bloque final de carga o como preparación específica tras una buena base previa.
Requisitos recomendados:
-Acceso a pulsómetro y medidor de potencia (opcional pero recomendable)
-Disponibilidad para realizar sesiones de doble entrenamiento en algunos días
