You’ll swim 1.9 km in the calm Caribbean waters of Bahía de las Ánimas, cycle 90 km along a breathtaking coastal highway, and run 21 km through Cartagena’s historic Old City, cheered on by vibrant crowds and colonial charm.

If you're just beginning your triathlon journey, it’s normal to feel both excited and unsure. That’s exactly why this Beginner’s Six-Month Half Distance Triathlon Training Plan was created — to guide you step by step toward your goal with structure, clarity, and support.
