You’ll start with a gentle 12-week base phase that builds your strength, endurance, and swim technique — perfect for tackling that single-loop swim in ideal 75-80°F water. We include easy-to-follow video swim drills to help you get comfortable and efficient in the water, so you can save energy for the bike and run.
Next, the plan ramps up with 32 weeks focused on building power, improving endurance, and sharpening your pacing skills. Our bike workouts are tailored for the mostly flat but rolling hills of Polk County, helping you ride strong despite Florida’s heat and humidity. And the run sessions use heart rate and effort guidance to teach you how to pace yourself smartly through that fast 13.1-mile route around Lake Eva Park.
