Tackle the mostly flat, rolling bike course with training rides designed to build your aerobic engine, power, and pacing—while preparing you to handle the Florida heat. You’ll develop the endurance to stay consistent through all 56 miles.

The flat, fast half marathon is a great opportunity to run your best—if you're prepared. This plan includes brick workouts, pacing strategies, and hydration planning to help you finish strong and proud, even in the Florida sun.
