Join the Thrill of the Half Distance Triathlon in Haines City, Florida!

The Haines City Half Distance Triathlon is the perfect test of endurance, bringing together athletes from around the globe to tackle a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike ride, and 13.1-mile run.

Swim in Beautiful Lake Eva: Start your race with a single-loop swim in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Eva. With warm temperatures around 75-80°F, it’s a perfect start to your adventure.

Bike Through Scenic Polk County: Take on a 56-mile bike course that winds through the picturesque countryside of Polk County. Enjoy a mostly flat ride with some gentle rolling hills, all while navigating Florida’s famous heat and humidity.

Finish Strong with a Fast Run: The final leg is a 13.1-mile half marathon through Lake Eva Park and charming local neighborhoods. The flat, fast course will keep you pushing toward the finish line, but be prepared to hydrate and pace yourself in the warm weather.
